Designer & maker documenting the journey

This Month's Mood Board

Right now I'm studying René Gruau's approach to sophistication without preciousness, experimenting with color-blocked tassel construction, and learning to make mourning jewelry meant to move through the world rather than sit behind glass.

The Profane & Precious

October 2025

My first collection, born from October's pull toward the uncanny. I was learning chainmaille techniques and drawn to the tension between devotion and darkness—saints alongside sinners, blood-red glass drops against luminous pearl. These pieces mix stainless steel with freshwater pearls, mother of pearl, and components salvaged from vintage jewelry. The anchor piece, Saints and Sinners, captures the collection's spirit: adornment as both blessing and transgression.
